ROCKJAW Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of ROCKJAW products, sold by Rockjaw Ltd ("Rockjaw," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing or using ROCKJAW, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

1. Product Nature and Intended Use

ROCKJAW creates tough chewing gum products intended for general fitness and jawline-training purposes only. It is not a medical device, medicine, or treatment for any condition, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Results Disclaimer

Any results, testimonials, images, or descriptions of outcomes shown on our website, packaging, or marketing materials are illustrative-only unless stated. Individual results depend on factors including but not limited to genetics, technique, consistency of use, diet, and overall health. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation — express or implied — that you will achieve any particular result, including any specific jawline appearance, muscle definition, or aesthetic outcome, from using ROCKJAW.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

3.1 Not Medical Advice

Nothing on our website, packaging, or marketing constitutes medical advice. We are not medical professionals, and no content we provide should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, dentist, or healthcare provider.

3.2 Consult a Physician

You should consult a physician or dentist before beginning use of ROCKJAW, particularly if you:

  • Have any pre-existing jaw, dental, or temporomandibular joint (TMJ/TMD) condition
  • Have had recent dental work, orthodontic treatment, or oral surgery
  • Have any chronic pain condition affecting the head, neck, or jaw
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have any other medical condition that chewing a firm substance repetitively could aggravate

3.3 Contraindications

Rockjaw is not recommended for individuals who suffer from TMJ, jaw disorders, or related conditions. Use of ROCKJAW by individuals with such conditions is at their own risk and against our recommendation.

Rockjaw must not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Rockjaw must not be used while operating machinery, driving, or performing any activity requiring full attention, due to choking risk and potential distraction.

3.4 Choking Hazard

ROCKJAW is a chewable product and, like any chewing gum or similarly textured item, carries an inherent choking hazard. Do not use if you have difficulty chewing or swallowing. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 without adult supervision, and we recommend against use by children at all, given the firmness of the product.

3.5 Possible Side Effects

When first using ROCKJAW, you may experience symptoms including headache and/or jaw soreness. This is commonly associated with the jaw muscles adjusting to a new, firmer resistance load. If you experience these symptoms:

  • Reduce the frequency, duration, or intensity of chewing immediately
  • Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen
  • Seek medical advice if symptoms continue after discontinuing use

Do not continue using the product through pain. Discomfort that persists beyond initial adjustment is not normal and is a signal to stop and seek medical guidance.

4. Assumption of Risk

Jaw-training exercise, like any physical exercise program, carries an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscular strain, jaw joint irritation, dental damage, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By purchasing and/or using ROCKJAW, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with its use, whether known or unknown, and you do so at your own risk.

You confirm that you are using ROCKJAW based on your own judgment of your fitness and suitability to do so, and not in reliance on any representation made by Rockjaw Ltd as to its safety for your particular circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Rockjaw Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use ROCKJAW, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977).
  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase and use of ROCKJAW shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using ROCKJAW, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the usage instructions, warnings, and contraindications provided
  • You do not have any condition listed as a contraindication in Section 3.3, or you have obtained explicit medical clearance to use the product despite such a condition
  • You will discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience symptoms beyond normal initial adjustment
  • You will keep the product away from children and use it only as intended

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockjaw Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, except to the extent such claims arise from our negligence or the product being defective under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

8. Product Defects and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If ROCKJAW is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. 9. Age Restriction

ROCKJAW is intended for use by adults. If you are under 18, you should only purchase or use this product with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who should review these Terms on your behalf.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of ROCKJAW after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
